It is about the energy, the momentum and timing. It is about understanding, listening, planning and – simply doing it. Thats what I love about my job. What I am doing is to create a work environment where ideas can thrive and prosper. Respecting budgets, working hours, needs and demands of production, agencies and clients – while on the way I am coordinating chaos, creativity and egos and keeping the voltage high.

My job is different every time – but one thing is for sure: When we wrap, we had a great, exhausting and rewarding day altogether.
